What we hold
Your name and contact details; details of your project such as dates, venues and schedules; what you send us in forms, emails and messages; the photographs and video we take for you; and invoicing records. Card details are handled by our payment provider and do not reach us.
Why we hold it
To carry out the work you have booked, to keep in touch with you about it, and to keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your information.
Who else sees it
Crew and freelancers working on your booking; the companies that provide our website and booking forms, email, file storage and payments; our client management system; and authorities where the law requires it. Some of these are outside the UK.
Our client management system holds your booking details and our correspondence with you. It files messages from our business email account against your booking, and it includes an AI assistant; when we use it, that correspondence is processed by the assistant's provider.
How long we keep it
We do not delete records on a fixed schedule. We keep your booking record and our correspondence with you while they are useful to the business, and for as long as we need them for tax and accounting.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us to do so.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
